Last year I heard Dr Kuki Hundal from Opticommerce saying, “Social media is the new word of mouth”, and I couldn’t agree more. Having your business video shared on popular social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, drastically increases your chances of exposure. People who may not even directly interested in your services or products are still likely to share your video if it’s captivating. Also, people are more likely to share an interesting video they came across rather than a written article.
